I'm pretty sure most everyone is familiar with Star Wars and Anakin, but just in case... Anakin is a particularly powerful Force user, and as a Jedi, is pretty used to using it all the time, but I want to make sure I don't godmod. With all of them, sensing presence/feelings is fine (with Blue, you're free to decide if her presence makes the Force stronger/clearer for him -- I always leave her powers at mun discretion obviously, but other Force-users have had it work for them,) and feel free to ask for more details on anything he'd easily be able to pick up. None of them will have natural defenses against that; Blue would probably make the connection the fastest.
Moving their things/them is okay (although will get varying reactions from "whoa cool" from Luke, probably, to indignance from Eponine).
With suggestion planting/mind control, unless it's just something totally benign or to keep them from, idk, walking in front of a monster, I'd appreciate a heads up -- for anyone is nice, but I ask that for Eponine specifically I get a tweet or something in advance if you can? Even though she wouldn't know it was being done (and/or wouldn't figure it out until later), I tend to get into such a specific headspace around agency specifically when I'm writing her that I'd want to be able to know it's coming.

But for real, I'm open to Anakin sensing her presence/feelings, but a hard no on the mind control thing mostly because she would never forgive him. Since they're both Force users, I'm obviously okay with playing around with them sensing things from each other. I figure it'll be something we can check in with each other about if the need arises!

As far as Lup's concerned, mind control's a no-go - not in the sense that he should never try it, because that's totally fine by me, but in the sense that Lup is the D&D equivalent of a Toydarian and if he tries it, it'll bounce right off. And then she'll notice that he's tried it and will probably try to set his hair on fire to teach him a lesson. Moving her things is okay; moving her is theoretically okay, though whether that's going to even be possible for Anakin given that she's frequently incorporeal is between you and the more obscure bits of Force lore. Sensing her presence and surface-level feelings is also fine, but whether or not he can pick up anything more than surface level would be entirely situation-dependent.
